The architect-of-record is H1 Architecture.
The project has the following stacking plan:
– Mezzanine
– 6th and 5th Court, Training Facilities
– 4th and 3rd floor– Rebisco corporate offices
– 2nd – Food Hall, Retail Stores, Events Hall
– Ground – AUB Bank, Food Court, Parking
– Basement – Mechanical Parking
Project has a timeline of 12 months only with the target topping off by the end of 2025
The project also aims to achieve LEED certification with a target of LEED Certified.
