The project entails developing a large-scale complex on a 28-hectare property. This complex will accommodate multiple buildings catering to various businesses. Key components include: various businesses, huge distribution centers, offices, canteen, powerhouse, and other secondary buildings.
The development of the complex will be executed in phases. Phase 1, scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2024, will focus on developing 150,000 sqm of the total area.
The timeline for the project includes completing construction and preparing the complex for client occupancy.
Target completion for the site development works is on September 2025.
