Solid LF Maersk South Luzon Mega Distribution Center, certified their warehouse/distribution center for a LEED Gold v4 BD+C New Construction.
The GFA of the warehouse/distribution center is 10 hectares. This large-scale facility requires meticulous planning and design to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability. The substantial size of the project also means that achieving LEED certification has a significant positive environmental impact.
A LEED workshop was conducted to bring together all key stakeholders, including the project owner, design consultants, and the general contractor. The workshop aimed to educate and align everyone on the LEED certification process, requirements, and strategies.
Conducted all communications for Pre-requisites, Credits, Pre-Condition & Optimization Interpretations, Audits and Clarification Requests and any other general communication, as necessary.
Achieved LEED Gold by reducing energy requirements, potable water use reduction, installed solar panels (62% Energy Reduction)
