Asya Design serves as the Architect-of-Record for a prominent residential development project.
14 mid-rise buildings spread across a 5-ha property and will consist of 2,610 units. And will be a total of 448 parking slots.
Total GFA is more than 70,000 sqms
SMDC has already appointed the General Contractor for Phase 1 as well as the site development works. Other packages are currently still being tendered out.
The project is currently under construction.
The project spans a comprehensive three-year engagement timeline, with an expected completion target set for 2026. This extended timeframe allows for meticulous planning, phased implementation, and seamless integration of residential units and supporting infrastructure.
