Southfield Center certified their building for a LEED v4 BD+C New Construction.
Forecast for 2nd quarter of 2025 for release of certification, BPO building
The project is 15-storey building with an approximate floor area of 47,700 sqm.
A LEED workshop was conducted to bring together all key stakeholders, including the project owner, design consultants, and the general contractor. The workshop aimed to educate and align everyone on the LEED certification process, requirements, and strategies.
Conducted all communications for Pre-requisites, Credits, Pre-Condition & Optimization Interpretations, Audits and Clarification Requests and any other general communication, as necessary.
