Engagement: Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

JCVA conducted a comprehensive due diligence assessment on a building owned by Splash Corp. as part of its joint venture (JV) agreement with Vista Land for residential development. The due diligence process involved a thorough evaluation of the building and its assets to identify any potential risks, liabilities, or structural issues that could impact the success of the joint venture.
JCVA assessed the building’s condition, compliance with local regulations, and suitability for future development or conversion into residential properties. This also included a review of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they met the necessary standards for residential use.
The due diligence was completed in 2016.
