The SPPC Construction Development is an on-going industrial park development by Sunon that will include all necessary facilities from factories, warehouse, offices and mess halls for the operations of the company.
This development is located in Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park, in Hermosa City, Bataan with a total lot area of 137080.55 sqm and a total building area of 230,860.22 sqm.
The Project will be done in phases with Phase 1 having a total construction floor area of 42,242.42 sqms.
Development of phase 1 includes construction of a 4F factory, two 1F warehouses, a guard house, a 1F mess hall, parking lot, and a 1F central utility building.
Construction period for Phase 1 is 15 months and a target completion date of December 31, 2026.
The project is done in collaboration with both local and foreign designers, JJP is the Foreign Designer with NSDR as the local partner.
The project also aims to achieve LEED Gold.
