JCVA conducted a thorough due diligence assessment on the real estate portfolio of Stellar Philippines as part of their pre-acquisition review. This process involved a comprehensive evaluation of the leased properties to identify any potential risks, liabilities, or issues related to the physical and operational aspects of the buildings. The goal was to ensure that the properties were in good condition, compliant with local regulations, and suitable for Stellar Philippines’ business operations.
The due diligence covered leased office spaces in two locations: the ANR Building in Naga City and the MDC 100 Building in Quezon City. These buildings were critical operational sites for Stellar Philippines, and the review examined the structural integrity, building systems, and overall fit for the company’s business needs. The evaluation also considered future expansion potential and the alignment of these properties with Stellar’s long-term goals.
The due diligence process was completed in 2015.
