Sumisetsu Philippines Technical Center achieved LEED Gold certification under the v4 BD+C rating system. LEED Gold is one of the higher levels of certification, indicating exceptional performance in sustainable building practices.
Development is composed of 3 structures: (1) Training Center with a total GFA of 1,122 sqms; (2) a 600-sqms Warehouse; (3) a Fabrication Facility of 600-sqms.
Sustainability features:
– 50% energy reduction through sustainable design
– 50% potable water use reduction
– 30 kWp solar panel contributing 10% reduction on operational costs
– Target of 100% construction wastes diverted from landfill and incineration facilities
– Vehicle charging station for e-vehicles
