  • Development is composed of 3 structures: (1) Training Center with a total GFA of 1,122 sqms; (2) a 600-sqms Warehouse; (3) a Fabrication Facility of 600-sqms.
  • Sustainability features:
    – 50% energy reduction through sustainable design
    – 50% potable water use reduction
    – 30 kWp solar panel contributing 10% reduction on operational costs
    – Target of 100% construction wastes diverted from landfill and incineration facilities
    – Vehicle charging station for e-vehicles
