The new building is a simulation and research facility dedicated to supporting the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Medicine.
Gross Floor Area (GFA) of the building exceeds 8,000 sqm.
It is designed to house state-of-the-art and cutting-edge medical equipment.
The facility consists of a total of seven levels, including a roof deck.
The construction incorporates bored piling works for strong and stable foundations.
The total cost of the project is estimated to be around PHP 800 million, not including Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) and Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE).
The construction is currently completing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) and Fit-Out works.
Inauguration of the project was held last September 2024
