Vista, a global remote-first company operating for over 20 years in more than 17 countries, serves as the design and marketing partner for millions of small businesses worldwide, intends downsize and renovate their office space in Ten West, Taguig City.
The Client is currently occupying the 3rd and 5th floor of the building. They plan to streamline their operations by opting not to renew their lease on the 5th floor and just continue their business on the 3rd floor.
Part of this undertaking is the renovation of the 3rd floor to accommodate the transfer of operations from the returned floor.
GFA of the retained space is around 2,500 sqm. Client engaged JCVA to manage the project from pre-construction until close- out.
