JCVA undertook the full renovation of Yardstick Coffee’s inaugural branch located in Manila. This project aimed to revitalize and modernize the coffee shop’s interior space, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency
managed the project lifecycle from initial permitting stages, involving approvals from both the landlord and LGU, to the meticulous execution of construction activities.
Managed the tender for the OSM/OSE vendors, including kitchen equipment.
The renovated branch encompasses a GLA of approximately 200 square meters. This spacious layout accommodates enhanced customer flow, optimized service areas, and distinctive design elements tailored to elevate the coffee shop’s ambiance and functionality.
The renovation project was successfully completed in Q2 of 2023, meeting established timelines and quality benchmarks.
