Engagement: Technical Due Diligence (TDD)

JCVA conducted a detailed due diligence assessment on buildings shortlisted by a commercial real estate broker, as part of the selection process prior to lease agreement and contract signing. This process involved a comprehensive evaluation of the shortlisted properties to ensure they met the client’s operational needs, regulatory requirements, and long-term business goals.
The due diligence covered two prominent buildings in the Bonifacio Global City area: Net One Center (also known as One/Neo) and Net Park (also referred to as Seven/Neo).
The entire due diligence process was completed in 2015.
